Our kennel history

We
have experiences since 1998 with Rhodesian Ridgebacks. First, Silvia has
seen her first Ridgeback in 1986 in Cologne, Germany. But early 12 years
later she will have one ....
In 1998 we both lived
in Berlin, Germany. We visited the International dog show, and felt in
love with Zumeli`s Ajabu. A two year old dog - an gentle boy with charm.
But we do not planned for a dog in Berlin, there was no place for. In
September of the same year, we found a new home and new work in Kiel,
Germany. There, we have had our own house - a garden - our two cats - and
now the place for a son of Ajabu ... from Austria Kapoba`s Zalog-Xarit
came to us. If he was two and a half year, we get a puppy from Karin van
Klaveren: Kisangani Banneex. Unfortunately this puppy was poisoned on the
beach with an age of 15 weeks. After more than a half year later, Vizara
Holland Safara come to us - and fist she was the "playgirl" for Xarit -
in 2004 we have had a stunning litter with our favourite dogs. The
A-litter was born June 2004 - and two and a half year later - two of the
A-litter dogs are now champions. Alané Xarit d`Afrique, our own girl and
Adimu-Vumba Xarit d`Afrique, the boy who is now moving in the footsteps of
his grand grandfather VUMBA. In 2006 we have had the second and last
litter with Safara. The boy was Ch Nyassa Khami Lynes, son of Ch Rex
Ventors Beks at Nyassa. The result: 5 liver nosed (4 boys and 1 girl) - we
did not expected so much livers, but we love it ! Now Alané will be our
next girl, who will develop our sight of breed. Silvia & Holger Dilk |
